The 1st Chapter of the Catalogue of true bugs (Heteroptera) of the Urals Region with adjacent territories of East European Russia, West Siberia, and North-East Kazakhstan is herein presented, 189 species of true bugs are listed. An addition to the fauna of Coleoptera of the genus Leiodes Latreille, 1797 (Leiodidae) of the Kirov Province, including information on 19 species, is presented. For the first time 7 species are given for the region, including Leiodes brunnea (Sturm, 1807), L. distinguenda (Fairmaire, 1856), L. gallica (Reitter, 1885), L. nitida (Reitter, 1885), L. vladimiri (A. Fleischer, 1906) – for the first time for the fauna of Russia, and L. dilutipes J. 89	V.N. Makarkin, A.B. Ruchin Neuroptera and Raphidioptera from Voronezh, Tambov and Ryazan Provinces SUMMARY. New faunistic data are reported on 27 species of Neuroptera and two species of Raphidioptera from three regions of Central Russia (Voronezh, Tambov and Ryazan Provinces). Thirty-four species of Neuroptera (six species are recorded for the first time) and two species of Raphidioptera (one species is recorded for the first time) are now confidently known from Voronezh Province; nineteen species of Neuroptera (six species are recorded for the first time) and one species of Raphidioptera from Ryazan Province; and sixteen species of Neuroptera (four species are recorded for the first time) two species of Raphidioptera (recorded for the first time) from Tambov Province. Data on the distribution of Nothochrysa fulviceps (Stephens, 1836) in the eastern part of its species, which is limited to Central Russia, are summarized. 96	L.V. Bolshakov, L.V. Egorov About some findings of Lepidoptera in the Chuvash Republic SUMMARY. Based on collections made in Chuvash Republic, Peribatodes rhomboidaria ([Denis et Schiffermüller], 1775) is recorded as new to the region, occurence of Chortobius arcania (Linnaeus, 1761) and Aricia agestis ([Denis et Schiffermüller], 1775), previously known only from materials from early XXth century is confirmed. Polyommatus damocles (Herrich-Schäffer, 1844) is excluded from its list due to misidentification based on an inappropriate photograph.
